Why is my order shipped separately?
There is a reason for that some items in your order are back ordered ones. We do not want to delay the delivery of the remains. So items in stock will usually be shipped in advance. Back ordered items will be shipped out timely once they are sourced later.

Orders Placed During Chinese New Year
Orders Placed During Chinese New Year Celebrations!!Orders placed between 25th January and 7th February from our Chinese warehouse will be delayed for 10-15 Business days due to the Chinese New Year. Operations will be back to normal by 7th February. Customer service and our UK, USA and Germany warehouses are operating throughout the period as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost,stolen or delayed by the postal service. Contact your local postal service.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
Contact us and lodge a claim and send pictures once we receive it we will provide you a return code for the product and an address to return it, one we receive it then we can ship the replacement.
All of our products are covered by a quality guarantee we offer replacement and repair on faulty products. However, please be aware that different products have different warranties.
No returns or exchange on underwear or bra products.

Do I Need To Pay Import Taxes And Tariffs?
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when the item passes through customs.Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.

Why I Was Asked For My CNPJ/CPF?
Companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices.
So if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.
