Accidents do happen sometimes and the pieces may become separated. If that happen, please simply use any good glue to glue the pieces together. Because of the resaon above, these products are not guaranteed. All purchases are non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive my order?
US Customers:
Items usually arrive within 5-7 business days. During the month of December, items may take 5-14 business days to arrive.
International Customers:
Most items arrive within 5-14 business days. However, it can sometimes take up to 30 days for your package to arrive.
U.S. packages will have a tracking number. International packages will not have a tracking number. If you want to have a tracking number, please contact us first before order. The shipping cost will be higher.
If your items do not arrive within the time frames listed above, please contact us. We will ALWAYS do our best to help track down missing packages.
