• Where does this store ship from?

  Everything ordered will ship directly from my home in Killeen,TX

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If there is an issue with any products ordered please notify via email what the issue is and what you would like done about it(i.e. return or exchange) and we will strive to leave you satisfied! Shipping on returns will be half off and free on all exchanges!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why use Sodium Hydroxide?

  Unfortunately you can not make soap without sodium hydroxide(lye). However, we use the smallest amount possible to still have the same outcome in quality of product. All of our sodium hydroxide is consumer grade and completely dissolved before using. In addition, we personally test the soap before making available to anyone else, which is why when we make a new kind it takes a few days to be actually posted on the site available to purchase. We strive in making the best and safest products and test them well for you, our customers! :)
