• PAYMENT METHODS

  We currently accept payments through PayPal. (You can checkout through PayPal as a guest. No need to register or log in). PayPal account holders can log in and pay using your PayPal balance. All other payment methods, please contact us to discuss. The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Storenvy does not handle any transactions. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• PACKAGING

  All orders are mailed with water-proof packaging and secured well to arrive in perfect condition.

• ORDER TRACKING

  For free international shipping, no tracking of order offered, as all orders are posted through standard mail. Don't worry, your orders will arrive! If you wish to opt for tracked mailing, additional shipping fees would be charged. Please inform us if you would prefer tracked orders.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Currently, all orders would be shipped from Singapore, a tiny, sunny island in the pacific.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Only exceptions are if we made a mistake with your order. As all our orders are triple checked before shipping, it is highly unlikely that our products would reach you in a sorry state. If, in the rare circumstance that you wish to return any items due damages incurred during shipping or other more interesting reasons, please send back the entire package(returned items plus packaging)and send us an email within 7 days, you would be welcomed to choose replacement products in keeping with the value of your purchase. ALL RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS ARE TO BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING ITEMS. Thank you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course, we are currently offering free international shipping to anywhere the post reaches, though it applies for standard mail only. For tracked mail, additional fees would be charged. Please note that currency conversion is automatic via Paypal (all major credit cards accepted). The only restriction is that the credit card MUST be registered in a Paypal approved country.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders would be processed within 3 business days of receiving payment, and once shipped, most orders take around 4 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, assuming that the address provided is correct. For some countries, it may take as long as 3 weeks for orders to arrive.(patience...), though(luckily) to date, it has yet to happen. You will receive a shipping confirmation in the email you provided.

• How do i place an order from your store?

  Just choose the items you want, select availability add with plus sign and checkout. - This is usually located under the price tag and complete the rest of the checkout process. Sold items will be marked sold out.
