• Where does this store ship from?

  Clearwater, Florida, USA

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Exchanges are accepted in the case of defective merchandise. A refund is issued if that is not possible. Most of my items are handmade to the best of my ability, and may have variations.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. For Canada, I have calculated shipping rates in the system. For other countries, please ask me to calculate shipping for your country before you place your order. International shipping rates have gotten pretty crazy and difficult to estimate. I cannot help you if you item is lost in the mail. I do my best to package everything securely, but I cannot track packages and I am not responsible if the item is lost or stolen. International shipping is at your own risk.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders can be ready to go in a couple days. Custom orders and commissions may take 1-2 weeks for completion before shipping. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you are in a rush, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

• How do I get a charm or bell on a necklace or choker?

  Choose the charm or bell you want added from the "Charms" or "Bells" sections, and then choose a necklace or choker from the appropriate section. Then I will make it for you! This also allows you to add multiples if you wish. If you are ordering multiple charms etc, please let me know in notes which you want on which item.
