Where does this store ship from?
Once you place your order, someone will be contacting you either by email or phone to schedule an appointment. Since we are "on-the-go", you choose the time and place to meet and do the repair!
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30 day warranty on all repairs.
This warranty covers the new parts and labor that were utilized in the repairs of your phone. The phone is warranted for 30 days covering only the new parts and labor involving the new parts and does not cover other parts of the phone that were not an issue at the time of the initial repair. When the phone is returned to you the customer at the agreed price, the phone will be presented repaired and working, only if the repair was possible. If the repair was not possible, there will be no charge. If new issues, that were not present at the time of the original repair, arise after the initial agreed upon repair and return of the phone, The iTasca iPhone Guy is not responsible for the additional issues. It is noted that phones, that have been dropped or have had issues causing them to work improperly, may not be able to be restored to complete like- new condition, but The iTasca iPhone Guy will attempt to get the phone in working order to the best of their ability.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once order is processed, someone from iTasca iPhone Guy will contact you for an appointment. Repairs could take from 30 minutes to 2 days, depending on which device you have. If we don't have the parts you ordered on hand, they will be ordered from the manufacturer and be delivered to iTasca iPhone Guy within 2-5 business days. Once ordered, we will keep you posted with a tracking number.
