• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, You have up to 30 days from date purchase to request a refund or exchange. Please note all returns must arrive in unused/new condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. The Shipping Cost is subject to change. Please email us at admin@iamgifts.com.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship most of our products from CA to arrive at US locations within seven business days from receipt of your order.. So the closer you are, the quicker the shipping time. For instance, if your delivery address is in CA, you may receive your package in 1-2 business day…if your delivery address is in New York, it may take 5-7 business days. We will notify you by email of any anticipated delays. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Military Bases, Puerto Rico usually take longer. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
