• Where does this store ship from?

  We are based in Birmingham and Leeds, in the United Kingdom, and we post worldwide.

• How many issues do I get for a subscription?

  FAKE is quarterly, therefore you receive four issues. Great stuff!

• I've given you the wrong address - what do I do?

  Email us directly, and we will do our best to catch your order before it goes to the post room. thatfakemagazine (at) gmail (dot) com.

• When's the next issue out?

  1st June 2012 - it's our annual :)

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We don't accept returns. If you are unhappy with FAKE Magazine, get in contact and let us know what we've done wrong, or how we can make it up to you :)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How do you have your tea?

  Yorkshire tea, milk no sugar.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
