• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We will except returned items in sale-able conditions* for refund/exchange a maximum of 60 days after shipping date. Sale-able conditions i.e. no odors, stains, rips, holes, or any signs of extensive use.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• When will pre-ordered items ship?

  In the event that we have a pre-order prior to launching a line, those items will not ship until the day of the launch- ensuring those who pre-order are the first to receive the items.
