• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you want to get a refund, you must send the item back to us. A good way to do this is if you decide you do not want the item and its already been shipped, you can take the unopened package to your local post office and tell them you refuse it, and it will be shipped back to us free. If you have already opened it, then you will be responsible for return shipping. We do not except exchanges if we have already sent the item out. If it is not marked as shipped, feel free to email us and request a different button/keychain etc.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
