• Why is shipping out of the United States so expensive?

  Recently the rates for foreign mail went up. I shipped a 2 ounce package to Canada and it cost me over 6 dollars to ship and I was only given $5.75 for the order (including item) because I was not aware of the change when it came to shipping even to Canada. It is due to this that I am forced to up the shipping to Canada and other countries! It makes me quite sad to have to do this but I have no other choice if I want to keep selling to my kawaii loving friends in other countries!

• Where is my item?

  ♪♫♪ You probably need to wait a little bit longer, sugar. It will be there soon enough. If it doesn't make it there after a long, long amount of time- please, contact me. I do ship all of my items and once it is out of my hands, in the hands of the mail service- I cannot help what happens. I am sorry if it does happen. Just be patient! It should make it~!

• I have a custom order. Are you willing to do it?

  Send me a message, hun~! The answer is most likely, "Let's do it~!" Just be willing to have some back and forth in the messages. I like to get everything sorted out down to the very last detail! ♥

• Will your handmade items have flaws?

  I would have to say it is impossible not to have flaws when it comes to handmade items but if they are not cute enough for me to use or wear, then I will not sell them. So, yes handmade items may have flaws. Little ones.

• Where do you buy your kawaii?

  I buy it everywhere! Ebay, anime conventions, online, etc. I love kawaii and I've been collecting for a long while~! ♪♫♪

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!
