• SHIPPING COSTS- any info?

  All shipping costs are equal for all countries worldwide (4,50$). Shipping costs for each additional CD you order costs only 0.50 cent! So, order a couple of albums at once and save money!

• Registered option with tracking number

  It is much safer and even faster <small> (costs only <b>2,60$</b> no matter how many CD you order at once)</small> **You will receive a tracking number for online tracking of your package. **You will receive a full refund or new CD's. IF the package got lost! It especially makes sense to use this option, if you order more CD's at once. • Where does this store ship from?

  Mostly Europe these days Soon from overseas, too. The most important thing is that you will receive your CD without to worry!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you choose the option "<a href="http://globalhideout.storenvy.com/products/230519-registered-option-with-tracking-number">registered with tracking number</a>" you will receive a full refund or new CD IF the CD should get lost on its way to you. We offer mostly handmade or handpacked albums (all non sealed), therefore we do NOT accept returns. You can actually be proud to own one of these RARE collectors CD's and you wouldn't want to return it anyway, right?! We WILL send you a new CD if you should ever receive a faulty one, of course. Just get in touch with us first for details.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship worldwide!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Global shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 10 days.

• Can I pre- listen to songs?

  Of course. You can find sound samples for almost every album here! Just read the description of each individual album and search for "Samples" or "Sounds" etc.

• Can we send you a demo?

  Actually this is a store and although stocking CD's of certain labels, we are not responsible for the policies of these labels. Best is, you contact them, not us!
