• How do I order a custom crochet hat?

  You may either use the contact button to the left on the site, or email me at theknottyboutiqueco@gmail.com. You can also see everything I've ever made <a href="https://www.facebook.com/TheKnottyBoutiqueCo/photos_albums">here</a></font>! If you don't see anything you like, or have an idea of your own, I can make whatever you desire and would love to work with you on your vision.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Everything you see is created in my craft room in Central Arkansas. They are all hand made and packaged with tons of love.

• How much is Shipping & Handling?

  Shipping for Hair Pretties starts at $3.00 Shipping for Crochet Lovelies starts at $5.00 If you are LOCAL you may choose either a Credit towards your next purchase, or Knotty Bands. Please give your decision & email, or phone number in the 'Note to The Knotty Boutique Company' box at checkout!

• What if I'm local?

  Until I get the Super Discounts added to the shop, you will still have to pay the shipping. HOWEVER you can choose whether you want that cost ($3 or $5 depending on what you shipping option you get) added to your next order, or you may get $3 or $5 in Knotty Bands! Please leave the option you prefer in the 'Notes' box at checkout!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Ready To Ship orders can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Custom Made orders can take sometimes take up to 14 days to arrive in the US. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Sometimes longer for custom items.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to their handmade nature, returns are not accepted. Please make sure that you are in love with the item before purchasing.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
