What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the item is not what you expected or you did not like it.
Items can be returned or exchanged if the item is broken or has a defect. Proof must be shown that the item was damaged immediately upon receipt. All items are checked thoroughly prior to being shipped so there should be no damaged merchandise. If we note any damage PRIOR to shipping, you will be notified and offered a refund or store credit towards another item.
Buyer pays return shipping cost.
Cost of the item will be refunded up the store's receipt of the returned merchandise.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
We always ship out items USPS Priority Mail, unless certain circumstances require different method.
