What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns and Exchanges
At Stoke, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are less than 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise – in the same condition you received it – and we will gladly make an exchange of equal value, or refund your credit card.
To make a return:
1. Please explain on the invoice the reason for the return and indicate whether you want to exchange, noting style, color and size, or refund.
2. Package the merchandise and original invoice together and ship it to Stoke International.
If your purchase was made by credit card and you would like a refund, you will receive a full credit on your card in the amount of the original purchase. If your purchase was made with a check or money order, you will receive a credit to our online store in the amount of your original purchase.
Stoke is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items. If we have questions about your returns or exchanges, we will contact you by email or phone promptly.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We offer USPS First Class on all international orders. Tracking numbers are unavailable on international deliveries. Before placing an order for shipment out of the United States, please contact our sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
