  Of course if there is a defect in the workmanship we will exchange the product or offer full refund. Worn jewelry will not be refunded or exchanged.

• What about custom handstamped orders?

  Unfortunately we have recently been "burned" on some orders. All custom orders will require payment upon placing order.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, shipping can take 10-28 business days depending on where it is being shipped.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
