• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I pride myself in creating lasting items but if you find fault with something please get in touch immediately. Also please specify any special requirements you have on checkout. I will communicate with you to clarify and ask for additional information as required. I use a size converter for international customers but may ask for measurements in the interests of minimising returns and thus saving you and me time and money. If you get in touch as soon as you have an issue and I have received the returned goods within 1 calendar month of the DESPATCH date I will provide you with a refund of the cost of the item less any currency conversion costs I have incurred (proof will be provided) - I am unable to refund postage as standard. I am happy to communicate with you if your needs are not met by the above policy but such discussions will be dealt with on a case by case basis. i cannot overstate the importance of remaining in close contact with me via etsy on these matters.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
