• Where does this store ship from?

  St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We can exchange your purchase as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Unfortunately, international shipping costs and times make exchanges impractical if the item has already shipped.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes *(^o^)*

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Most of our international parcels have arrived within 2-4 weeks. Since móhu is now located in the slightly remote city of St. John's there may sometimes be slight delays during periods of bad weather.

• What kind of shipping do you use?

  We use normal airmail. Larger orders may be registered or insured at our discretion (and at no extra cost to the buyer). If you'd like to upgrade you shipping (eg. registered mail, insurance, expedited mail or courier) please let móhu know before placing your order. You will be responsible for the extra shipping costs.

• What about customs fees?

  Customs fees will depend on your own country, as well as the type and quantity of goods purchased. We can't really tell what the customs charge will be, if any, so you will have to take care of that on your end.

• What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

  If your parcel hasn't arrived after 8 weeks, please contact us so that we can sort it out.

• What if my parcel gets damaged in the post?

  In most case we will be happy to refund or replace damaged items. If this happens, contact móhu using the 'contact' page or email, and we will sort it out ^-^

• Do you take custom orders?

  Yes we do! Just send a message using the 'contact' button.

• Can you wrap things for me?

  We will happily gift wrap your purchase at no extra charge. Just leave a note in the message to seller, or contact mohu using the 'contact' button or via email. We can even add a gift tag with a special message!

• What about copyrights?

  All photos, images, and designs remain the copyright of mohu's owner/creator, so don't steal or copy them please ^-^
