• Where does this store ship from?

  Southern California, USA Not responsible for items lost in mail. Please provide a valid mailing address. Items shipped to addresses entered in purchase form. Most shipments sent via United States Postal Service. International orders also routed via USPS. Shipping time may vary.

• Are there other shipping options?

  Please contact us if you would like to arrange for package tracking services, overnight, express, etc. Please note we ship most packages USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

• I don't have a Paypal nor credit card, can I still purchase?

• I am in Southern California, are items available for pick-up?

  Sorry, delivery is the only method. Load Limit products only available in person at our shows, events we exhibit at, and select retailers. Maintaining our brand exclusivity and integrity is paramount to us. Perhaps in the future we might consider other options.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, Canada and select European countries. Contact us for additional info.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All Sales Final. No returns, no clothing exchanges, no trades for any other items. We will do our best to satisfy all customer concerns. Please ask all questions before placing an order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buying">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• What is the best way to take care of my Load Limit gear?

  Please follow washing instructions provided on garment. We highly suggest you wash t-shirts and fleece in COLD water inside out. Avoid using a dryer. Hang-dry to avoid cotton shrinkage or tumble dry LOW if you must use a dryer. Do not iron over print.
