What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Currently i don't accept returns.
As all products are handmade, sometimes there will be imperfectness but i do check for any damages before i ship, please consider this before you purchase anything.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
But due to many problems with shipping first class overseas, all international orders will now be shipped as priority.
If you do not wish to pay the priority price, please email before purchasing and i will happily re-list the item with first class shipping for you.
However, if doing so, you will be making an agreement that you understand the risks of shipping first class internationally.
I will not be responsible for any late or lost mail unless it was sent as priority.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Everything is made to order. Usually orders are made the same day or the following day.
If it is a big order ( 2+ ) it will take longer.
Please note on the side bar if I am on vacation; I will post what day I will be shipping.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and location.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Please note that lately, international shipping has been strict so some packages may delay.
Within US shipping- tracking number cost is provided in shipping cost.
Oversea orders only have custom numbers- not tracking numbers.
What is your shipping policy?
I ship out at least 4 times a week. You will receive an email that will notify you the expected delivery date.
All items will be shipped to address that is shown on buyer's profile when purchased unless noted otherwise. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE ME YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS AND EMAIL. IF ANY PACKAGES ARE SENT BACK TO ME FOR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, I WILL CONTACT YOU THROUGH THE EMAIL PROVIDED TO ME. IF YOU DO NOT REPLY, I WILL NOT RESHIP YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

After item is shipped and delivered, I will no longer hold responsibility to any damages or loss. Once it is in your hands, it is out of mine.
*A lot of the products include sharp objects. If you purchase a spiked item, please be aware and careful when you wear it for yourself and people around you*

When an item is sold out in your store, would you make more of that item?
It depends on the item! Some materials I use to make some items are limited!
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, Email me! I am always open for any custom orders or if you have a request to tweek an item!
Do you do refunds on custom made orders?
No, custom orders are all final.
I have not recieved my order and it has been over a month

There is a possibility that you have forgotten to message me your measurements or color request.
If that is so, I would have emailed you weekly until I get a response from you.
I DO NOT SHIP ORDERS THAT DO NOT HAVE MEASUREMENTS OR COLOR CONFIRMATION ON THE PRODUCT.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU GIVE ME YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND ADDRESS
ANY INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS ORDERS I SHIP THAT IS RETURNED TO ME, I WILL CONTACT YOU THROUGH THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDE ME. IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR REFUND.
If that isn't the case, it may be because of your carrier or service in your area. Oversea shipping does not include tracking information, just confirmation that it has been shipped.
How long does it take for my order to be ready to ship?
It varies depending on what item(s) you order and on what day!
I usually make orders the same day or the next.
Please keep in mind I am a one person business so please bare with me because I do have many orders a day!
I try to have the order shipped the next if not within the week! I walk to the post office so I go when it is convenient ( usually 3 times a week )!
If you ordered more than 2 items, it may be possible for it to take a little longer to be made ready and shipped.
If you have any concerns as to needing your order shipped quicker for some reason, do not hesitate to contact me or leave "RUSHED ORDER" throughout checkout.

It is very possible that I did not get your email OR I have responded but it has been sent to your junk mail so please check when expecting a response for me.
ALSO, sometimes I may come within an issue with your order such as
- confirmation of address
- package has been sent back to me for insufficient address
- color or size confirmation
So PLEASE check your email/junk mail because I will 100% send an email to you if there is a problem with your order because these may be the reasons why you have yet to receive your order.

Why is it taking so long for my order to be shipped?
At the moment, I am backed up on orders.
I am the only one making orders to ship.
All orders will be added to an orderly queue from my etsy and storenvy.
So it depends on what order you are on, on my list.
If you need a rush order, just leave "RUSHED ORDER"throughout checkout so I can work on yours first.
If there is no message whatsoever, I will work on your order once I get to it.
I do aim to make and ship orders 4-10 days after purchase date. Sometimes it may take longer depending on your place on the queue.
