• How much product is in a full size?

  There can be anywhere between 3/4-1 teaspoon of product depending on the density of the product. All full size shadows come in a 5 gram jar with no sifter. If you would like sifters on your jars, please add that in your notes and check out or email us at info@chinovicosmetics.com and let us know.

• How much product is in a sample?

  Both sample sizes, baggies and jars, are 1/4 teaspoon.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns. If there are any problems or concerns with and products, please contact us so we can rectify.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is your current turn around time (TAT)?

  With the holidays in full swing, we anticipate orders taking a little bit longer to get out. Orders should be shipped within 14-20 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. If you need and order expedited, please email us so we can discuss options.
