• Where does this store ship from?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination country, and are based on USPS 1st Class International rates. This method is limited to packages that weigh LESS than 4 pounds. If your total order exceeds this weight, we will need to ship via Priority International, and additional shipping fees will be applied after your order is submitted.

• What if my records have arrived warped?

  Shipping records is a tricky business. We cannot guarantee that the records we send will not be affected by heat/humidity/etc. once they have been shipped. If a record has arrived warped, we will provide a replacement at a discounted price, but cannot provide a free replacement as all of our records are flat and free of defects before leaving our control.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Domestic returns accepted on new merchandise. No returns accepted from international buyers. Antithetic Records is not responsible for any damage that may be caused during shipping. Items will be packaged securely in order to avoid any such damage. Exchanges not accepted.
