• Where does this store ship from?

  Troy Cloth and Paper ships from the <a href="http://designittogether.com" target="_blank">Design it Together</a> community print shop based in Troy, NY.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We're happy to exchange any item(s) you order and we also accept returns. If you need to do an exchange, just ship your items back to us and we'll send a different size or design back to you right away. Regarding returns, as long as the item is in good shape, we're happy to return the amount you purchased the item for.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
