  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders can take 2-7 business days to be printed. Once shipped, U.S. orders are usually delivered in 1-5 days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks.
  • How do I pay for my order and is it safe?

    The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
  • Can I change my order?

    That depends on how far into the printing and fulfillment process the order is. Contact us through Storenvy or send us an e-mail and we’ll see what we can do for your order.
  • Can you include a gift message?

    We unfortunately can not at the time attach any gift messages or offer gift wrapping. However no price will be shown on the packing slip for U.S. orders.
  • What price is shown on the packing slip?

    For domestic orders within the US, there will be no price displayed on the packaging slip. For international orders, we have to show the original sales price due to customs and regulations.
  • What happens if my product is damaged in the mail?

    If your product is damaged upon delivery, please document the damages with pictures of both the shipping container and the product and send it to us. When this is done we will of course send out a replacement to you.
  • My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

    Your order has been sent; however, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS system.
  • My orders tracking info shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

    There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender, most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the recipient. If you would like to have the shipment sent out again, please contact us as soon as you can. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the recipient, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
  • I wrote the wrong address, what now?

    Contact us as soon as possible to have it changed. If the shipment has already been sent out you can try to contact USPS or FedEx to have the shipment re-routed. Otherwise we would need for the shipment to be returned to sender before we can ship it out to the correct address for a reshipment charge.
  • I had to pay customs duties and taxes when I received my order. Can you refund this?

    Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. We can not refund any customs fees placed upon your shipment. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, should they incur. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • Can you mark my shipment as a gift on the customs form?

    No, it is illegal for businesses to falsify customs declarations.
