• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items ordered from the The Mentoring Project store can be returned for a refund of the full purchase price (minus shipping costs) provided that they are not washed or damaged. If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card the price of the item (minus shipping) will be refunded directly into the account used to purchase the item via PayPal. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on a credit card statement.   Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
