• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We strive to keep our customers 100% satisfied, however, do to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, we would allow refund or exchange on that product. If you have any questions or concerns about ingredients in our products, please contact us for more information. We cannot refund or exchange products because you do not like the fragrance so if there is a fragrance you are curious about please let us know and we can throw in a small sniffy or you can purchase a small sampler.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We will ship to Canada but you must contact us so we can give you a shipping quote for the products you are wishing to purchase.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are filled in a timely manner in the order they are received. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Busy times of the season also play a big roll in shipping as well. Please keep in mind that our products are made to order to assure you get a quality, fresh product. Canada shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please double check your information when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for packages that have incorrect addresses, or are returned as "undeliverable" or "unclaimed". You will need to pay postage again to have them resent.

• I have alergies to peanuts, would I have problems with almond oil ?

  Guarantee and Disclaimer Please note that some people may have allergies to fragrance oils, essential oils or butters such as shea butter. Contact your health care professional if you are not sure if a product is safe for you. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and all products are for external use only. Keep products out of the reach of children. We cannot make any claims to healing or other properties of ingredients in our products.

• I am pregnant and I am wondering if it is ok to use your products.

  Care should be taken when using essential oils, especially if you are pregnant or nursing. Contact your health care professional with any concerns you may have before using products.
