  • Where does this store ship from?

    They ship directly from our location in Orange County, CA!
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Will accept returns for store credit, but first must be contacted within 7 days of receiving item. We do not facilitate exchanges. If you are returning the item and intending to get something else wait until you receive the store credit. Once the item has been received back by us we will issue store credit. Buyer must pay shipping to return the item to us, unless it is due to an error on our part.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes we do! Currently we accept orders from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany & Mexico.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However most people receive them anywhere from 2-4 days! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  • What is the best way to get in contact with Metal Marvels?

  • THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT!

    We apologize for that! A lot of our items are available in limited quantity and we like it that way. That way you will get unique items that not everyone else has. However, if there's something you REALLY want, shoot me an email!   • It won't let me add an item to my cart, HELP!

    The only reason for that is because the item is sold out in that variation. The color may still be listed but unavailable.
  • Are Promo codes valid on previous orders?

    No unfortunately not. Even if we release a new code the same day as your order. You must use any promo codes at the time of purchase to get the discount. The system does not allow us to alter already placed orders.
  • Shipping to outside of the US

    In shipping outside of the US, unless you purchase the additional tracking, your item is only tracked by the customs order. Which shows that the item has actually been shipped. We are not liable for any packages lost in shipping outside of the US. Also any duties that may be incurred by shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. (I mark them all as "gift" which shouldn't incur duties.)
  • How long is shipping lead time for Pre-Order?

    Typically with pre-order allow 7 days for packaging & handling before shipment due to order fulfillment, holidays, etc.
  • What if I don't receive my order?

    Well this is a complicated answer. We aren't liable for items that are tracked and showed as delivered. We will try to contact the USPS to figure out what happened to the package, we suggest you do the same. Please contact us if you do not receive your items. Your tracking numbers are on your PayPal account so you too can track your order! :)
