What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Refunds and exchanges must be mailed back in new, unworn condition within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date as noted as delivered on www.usps.com . Please notify me via email before you return an item. **Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.**
**items returned with postage due will have that amount subtracted from the refund.**
Items marked final sale and custom orders are all final sale.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
Please note that as of 1/17/2016 USPS has nearly doubled the shipping rates for international orders. The good news is you can order many items for a flat 14.00.
If you require insurance, please let me know and I will invoice you.
Raven Eve Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Orders that are scanned and marked delivered are considered delivered and no refunds will be given, no exceptions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items in my store are handmade in my Detroit, MI studio. Items in my shop have a 10 to 14 day turn-a-round before they ship ( they have to be made), unless otherwise noted in the listing. So please factor the time it takes for your order to be made, as well as adding shipping time.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. We can only get your order to you safely if you provide your correct address. We are not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrectly input or outdated address. We ship directly from what you type.
I reserve the right to refuse sales to people, other shops, or any agencies as I see fit.
What payment options do you accept?
We are set up to take online credit and debit card orders.
When you pay for an item on Raven Eve's Storenvy Powered site, the payment is always processed via PayPal.
However, you don't need a PayPal account to buy something, you can checkout as a guest and just type in your card details if you prefer.
Either way, you are still covered by PayPal's 45 day buyer protection service.
We do not accept orders by phone, money orders or checks.

Do your orders automatically ship out with insurance?
Insurance it elective, you must request it before or after your purchase. This is the case for all orders shipped first class mail, which is the default shipping method for most items.
All domestics orders do come with delivery confirmation though at no extra cost.

Some forms of priority mail come with a base insurance coverage of 50.00 and express comes with 100.00 shipping insurance automatically.
