• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns and exchanges will be on a case-by-case basis. However, all customised orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Kindly note that all orders are final and refunds will not be possible once payment has been made. I appreciate your kind understanding. Rest assure that all purchases are carefully packaged so that the chances of receiving damaged items will be reduced to the minimal. But please let me know if the item is damaged upon receipt. We can work something out from there. The returns should be carefully packaged. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! ** All purchases will be sent to the address stated in your Storenvy order** ** Packages are shipped out every Tuesdays and Fridays. For customised orders, they will be shipped between 1 - 3 business days from the ordering day ** The package will be shipped by Singapore Post via normal mail. Tracking option is available at an additional charge of US$2.50 on top of the initial shipping charge quoted on my website. Do note that the tracking option may sometimes only track the package till it reaches the country of destination (depending on the country that the package is going to) and not within the different states. I appreciate your kind understanding as this is the arrangement between the post offices which I have no control over. If the delivery status of the package is crucial to you, I would be most happy to arrange for courier service, kindly contact me for a quote. If you have purchased similar item in multiple quantities and wish to have them sent to different destinations, please kindly note that additional postage costs will be incurred (depending on the number of destinations) as the postage stated in the item is only meant for one destination. The typical delivery time frame from Singapore to international destinations is around 10 - 14 days (excluding internal delivery within the destination country). However, that is also subjected to unforeseen circumstances such as Customs delays, festive holiday rush, delivery delays within the local post offices, bad weather conditions etc.

• What payment mode do you accept?

  I would greatly appreciate all payments to be made via Paypal. For buyers who are residing in SINGAPORE, I'm happy to offer interbank transfers. Do send me a convo when you have made your purchase and we can arrange the details. Your purchase will be shipped only after payment has been received. Please note that items will be placed back to the shop if payment has not been received or arranged within 48hours. Also kindly note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Thank you! :)

  Just some random bits of information! * All pieces you have seen are handmade and thus no 2 items are similar. * Wholesale enquiries are welcome too! Please leave a message at MintRainbows@gmail.com. * Please let me know if you wish to reserve any item and I will put it aside for you. However, the reservation period is 5 days. The item will be placed back into the shop if payment has not been received on the 5th day. * To ensure mileage of your jewelry, please avoid the following: - wearing them when swimming and showering - spraying perfume directly on them - exposing them to any chemicals (e.g. soaps, detergents, etc) The jewelry can be easily maintained simply by wiping them with a clean damp cloth. Please place them back into the given pouch/box when not in use. * I'd be happy to shorten or lengthen the item. Just let me know. * Customising is welcome! Just convo me and we'll see what we can work out.
