• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from the Western USA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. All products are inspected by hand prior to shipping. We hope to eliminate any problems related to defective merchandise this way. If you've ordered something in the wrong size, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do. Regarding preorder items, unfortunately we cannot exchange items. Preorder items are custom orders and no spare products will be available. Any cancellation of a preorder must be made before the preorder deadline expires.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Some products are being sold on a pre-order basis, please read the relevant information on the specific product pages for durations and timetables.
