• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  1. If an item you have purchased does not fit contact us via email (support@asocialempire.com) to arrange an exchange. 2. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 3. Exchanges allowed as long as inventory permits. 4. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees (if applicable). They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. 5. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. 6. You must notify us via email (support@asocialempire.com) of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. 7. Used merchandise may not be refunded or exchanged.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Due to very high demand please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. If it has been longer than the allotted time we sincerely apologize for the delay, due to unforeseen supplier issues some orders have taken longer than expected. All shipping is currently done through the USPS. We do ship internationally. However, international orders may take up to an additional 2 - 3 weeks to arrive after shipping. Please email us at support@asocialempire.com if you have not received your order and it has been at least 3 weeks. We'll be sure to take care of it ASAP, throw in some stickers, and refund your shipping cost.
