• Where does this store ship from?

  IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: Shipping charges are billed separate from the original order. This allows us to combine multiple items, thus reducing your shipping costs. This also allows local customers to pick up orders at our ship without shipping fess. All items ship from Lebanon, TN.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Exchanges only are given due to manufacture defects. Due to personalization of most items, refunds are not given. Be sure to verify all personalization information before finalizing your order. (spelling, thread color and font).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Shipping only to the US continental states at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Production begins only after secured payment is received. Production time varies depending on product. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
