About our technology:
All of our fabulous shirt designs are produced in-house using the latest innovative printing technology known as direct-to-film, or DTF. DTF transfers are a special type of iron-on image that is printed onto a transfer film and then applied to your shirt using both heat and pressure. DTF transfers offer a wide color range and high print resolution, resulting in a superior quality and detailed print. They are also durable and wash resistant, which means your shirt will last for years to come!
Garment care info:
- Do not bleach or dry clean.
- Wash inside out using warm or cold water.
Order Processing Time:
Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we ask that you allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process and make your order. If additional time is required, or if we have to special order your t-shirt from the manufacturer (i.e. the color you chose was out of stock), we will contact you to let you know. At this time, we are not accepting RUSH orders (i.e. same day or next day shipping), however, if you would like your order rushed please contact us to see if that is possible prior to placing your order.

Standard: USPS Ground Advantage (2 - 5 business days)
Faster: USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3 business days)
Expedited: USPS Priority Express (1 day or 2nd day by 6 PM)
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me as I am happy to fix any mistakes, issues, etc. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority so please don't hesistate to contact us for any reason.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Here is how to calculate your estimated delivery date:
Order processing time (number of business days your order is being processed prior to shipment) + shipping time (number of business days your package is in transit) = ?
Note: Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days. Depending upon the shipping method you chose during checkout, you can expect your order to be delivered 1 - 5 business days after it ships out.
Can I return or exchange my order if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Unfortunately, I don't accept returns or exchanges for any items sold in my store. Here's why: I do not keep an inventory of premade shirts, therefore, each shirt is custom made to order according to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for any orders.
Note: Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to fix any issues you are having. For example, if you receive the wrong item (i.e. wrong shirt size, wrong shirt color, etc), I will happily remake the order at no additional cost to you. If you have any questions about my return policy, please email me prior to placing your order.
If I buy t-shirts in bulk (i.e. more than 5 shirts), can I get a bulk order discount?
Yes! I offer discounts on large shirt orders. Please contact me prior to placing a large order so that I can provide you with a discount code to use at checkout.

Howdy! Trailer Trash Teez was a business idea that I had for about 5 minutes before deciding to purchase a DTF printer and start making and selling t-shirts to sell online.
