• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Here is how to calculate your estimated delivery date: Order processing time (number of business days your order is being processed prior to shipment) + shipping time (number of business days your package is in transit) = ? Note: Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days. Depending upon the shipping method you chose during checkout, you can expect your order to be delivered 1 - 5 business days after it ships out.

• Can I return or exchange my order if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

  Unfortunately, I don't accept returns or exchanges for any items sold in my store. Here's why: I do not keep an inventory of premade shirts, therefore, each shirt is custom made to order according to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for any orders. Note: Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to fix any issues you are having. For example, if you receive the wrong item (i.e. wrong shirt size, wrong shirt color, etc), I will happily remake the order at no additional cost to you. If you have any questions about my return policy, please email me prior to placing your order.

• If I buy t-shirts in bulk (i.e. more than 5 shirts), can I get a bulk order discount?

  Yes! I offer discounts on large shirt orders. Please contact me prior to placing a large order so that I can provide you with a discount code to use at checkout.
