Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Here is how to calculate your estimated delivery date:
Order processing time (number of business days your order is being processed prior to shipment) + shipping time (number of business days your package is in transit) = ?
Note: Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days. Depending upon the shipping method you chose during checkout, you can expect your order to be delivered 1 - 5 business days after it ships out.

Can I return or exchange my order if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Unfortunately, I don't accept returns or exchanges for any items sold in my store. Here's why: I do not keep an inventory of premade shirts, therefore, each shirt is custom made to order according to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for any orders.
Note: Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to fix any issues you are having. For example, if you receive the wrong item (i.e. wrong shirt size, wrong shirt color, etc), I will happily remake the order at no additional cost to you. If you have any questions about my return policy, please email me prior to placing your order.

If I buy t-shirts in bulk (i.e. more than 5 shirts), can I get a bulk order discount?
Yes! I offer discounts on large shirt orders. Please contact me prior to placing a large order so that I can provide you with a discount code to use at checkout.
