• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Due to recent medical issues the Minimum wait time is now 3-4 weeks During the off season (Nov. 1st - June 1st) the wait time is anywhere between 2-3 weeks, During peak season ( June - October) It can take up to 4-6 weeks, possibly longer for larger detailed props. If this is a concern for you just email us and ask us our current wait time. All of our masks props and other products are made to order, and completed in the order received. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time

• Do your masks look as good in person as they do in the pictures?

  All of our masks are skillfully made and painted by hand, slight color variations are to be expected. we DO NOT alter or use filters when editing our photos, we only adjust the brightness and contrast to remove any light haze. what you see is what you get.

• I want a flexible mask to do live videos with, Will the mouth move when I'm talking?

  Please understand that Silicone masks and Latex masks are two different things. Both have good and bad qualities, but we only specialize in Latex, and plastics. Latex does not stretch and move with the mouth like silicone, our masks are tighter fitting which will allow very minimal movement but that is all that should be expected. Silicone masks are meant to mimic skin, latex masks are meant to be simply a Latex mask.

• Can you make me a mask based on my own design, or like something I saw from a movie?

  After Halloween we are available for private commissioned masks props or costumes. making a custom mask from start to finish is a long and expensive process, so please only serious inquiries only. If you have and idea you want brought to life send us an email with any photographs or sketches, we will review and contact you to discuss your project.
