Store FAQ

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes! Orders can be placed from Canada, US, and select countries.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All shippings will be sent via Canada Post or USPS. Delivery times are as follows: ・Toronto, Canada: 2 to 5 business days ・Canada: 5 to 7 business days, 2 to 3 with tracking. ・US: 7 to 12 business days, 3 to 5 with tracking. ・International: 10 to 14 business days, with or without tracking. You will be notified via automated email when the order has been dispatched. The delivery times are approximate times provided by the postal services. They can arrive a bit earlier or later. Please note that there may be some delays with the postal service during busy holiday seasons.
  • I haven't received my order yet.

    If you didn't receive your order within the time frame provided: ・Delivery may be delayed by a few days, especially during the busy holiday season. This applies to both tracked/non-tracked orders. ・Any longer, then it may have gotten lost. In this case, please contact me so I can look into the situation.
  • What responsibilities do I have as a customer?

    For an order to be completed smoothly, it is important that you provide correct information or respond to my messages, if I do send one. Customers are responsible for: ・Providing the correct address. ・Responding/being co-operative if they need something for a specific date. ・Reading Product Descriptions. ・Selecting the correct Shipping Option, suited for their needs. There are reminders in every listing, to remind customers of these issues.
  • I realized I provided the incorrect address, but the shipment has already been released.

    If a customer realizes they've provided the incorrect address AFTER the shipment has already been sent, a new shipment can still be sent. However, any postage costs will be paid by the customer. The new address will be requested via PM, instead of via receipt for assurance.
  • What's the difference between Standard and Tracked Shipping?

    Most customers request Standard Shipping (no tracking), but Tracking is available for all items. It can be applied manually at Check out. Tracking comes with a tracking number, which allows you to see where your shipment is. For US destinations, the delivery speed is twice as fast. If you need it by a specific date (ie. for an event, birthday, etc.), or need guarantee it will arrive safely and on-time, it is STRONGLY recommended that you get tracking.
  • My order was cancelled/refunded.

    The only times I would cancel/refund an order, is when the customer was unresponsive with my messages. If there's any info missing from the shipping address, I will contact you asap via Storenvy. If no response, you will be contacted again in 2,3 days via both Storenvy and e-mail. At this point, you are informed that if you are unresponsive for another week or so (specific date will be mentioned), your transaction will be cancelled/refunded.
  • Do you accept custom orders?

    Yes, custom orders are accepted, but not every single one. Please contact me and I would be happy to discuss what I can make for you. I would require 100% deposit before the order is prepared. The product can be prepared in 1 to 7 business days, depending on what it is and how long it would take to make it. If you need them by a specific date, it is your responsibility to plan ahead and provide enough time for it to be processed. An additional 10% would be added to the cost.
  • Do you wholesale?

    Yes, wholesale orders are welcome! If you're a business owner and interested, please contact me directly. The pricing/shipping costs depend on the purchase size, so we can discuss the details.
  • Can your artwork be used for my business idea?

    If you run a small business and you're looking to sell my products in your shop, or use my patches for clothes you make, we can discuss a wholesale order. ARTWORK IS NOT TO BE COPIED, TRACED, FILTERED, STOLEN IN ANY WAY. Please do not copy/paste, recreate any artwork and claim them as your own, profit off of it, mass produce it, etc.
