Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items are usually shipped the following week it was ordered. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is delivered to the post office.
Once delivered to the post office:
Within the US:
Approximately 2-5 days
Outside the US:
Approximately 7–21 days
For pre-order items, please follow up on my Twitter as I will do my best to keep you updated on the status of the items/shipment.

IMPORTANT: Any non-preorder items purchased with a pre-order item (in the same order) will be delivered at the same time the pre-order items are delivered.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as the item hasn't been shipped, yes!

My items came damaged. What should I do?
Please send me an email explaining the situation along with any pictures you can provide!
If I have the item still available, I'll be more than glad to ship you a new one free of charge. In the case I am out of stock, I can either refund you or exchange for another item of the same price.
