Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At the moment, I am not shipping outside of the US or Canada -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders from the US and Canada usually take 1-4 weeks while worldwide orders can range from 2-6 weeks AFTER being shipped (Orders can take up to 10 days to ship). I cannot control the postal system speed however if you need something by a certain date, feel free to message me and I can look into expedited parcels for you. -
I ordered untracked shipping and my package has not come!
Customers who order with untracked shipping accept all risks of their package getting lost, and ZOOT will not be held accountable.
