• Why is my Order taking so long? (Early 2020 Orders)

  Hello! Our current set of orders are taking a little longer than expected due to the timing it happened to fall upon between Preorders ending around Chinese New Year, and the COVID-19 outbreak which has caused some delays in manufacturing and make sure everything is good. Due to these restrictions placed causing delays, we can only hope for your patience as we work through as quickly as we can. Orders have already been placed-- All charms have been received at this point however dakimakura cases are still delayed. Production resumed February 22-25 and it has been estimated they will be shipped out to us by March 15. Please check @AngelicSolitude on Twitter for pinned updates on the situation. Feel free to also send in an email about your order as well. We are hoping to send out as quickly as we can of course. We are also adding in extra gifts with orders as an apology for the wait. Thank you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Please check products specifically for whether they are available for International Shipping. Items not listed on their own as available can be paired with an item that is to allow international shipping. If you have any specific questions or requests, please contact us directly.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Preorder item will take longer to ship out and arrive due to preorder period, production/manufacturing, store receiving the items, and then packaging and shipping the product out to you. Times can vary due to varying schedules and production times; if you are ever curious about your order, please contact the me for an update! Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you take custom orders?

  I occasionally open up for custom orders! Keep an eye on social media if interested.

• Can I pick up items at a convention?

  Yes, you may! Keep an eye out for conventions I may be attending, an option may also pop up on product pages to allow for pick up as well.

• Customs Fees?

  All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer as we have no control over whether an item may get hit with them or not while going to countries other than the USA. If you are a US customer and somehow got hit with a fee for your package, please contact us with details.

• *Blank* Item isn't listed anymore/out of stock, will you still be selling it again in the future?

  Send us an email if you have any questions about our items! Some items may be listed as a limited time deal while they are up while others may be brought down or low in stock in between preorder periods to prevent awkward delays in producing the new product. We may also experience extra stock of certain items after a preorder period that may be listed up while we sort through the current batch of shipments.
