• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We currently ship internationally, but no tracking or insurance services are provided and are not responsible for lost or damaged postal mail. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Our processing time is usually 24-48 hours to create your order by hand. All orders are created as they are received, and will ship out as soon as possible. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days (USA), or 2 to 4 weeks (International). These are estimates that may fluctuate based on the current product demand, order sizes and supplies we have in hand. Additional time may be necessary during special holidays or events. Please message us prior to purchase if you need the order before a certain date to see if we may be able to accommodate your request. • What materials do you use?

  Our pins are crafted by hand with plastic, which is then covered with a layer of clear epoxy resin for shine and longevity of the design. Earring backs use hypoallergenic metal backs, while pin back metals may vary in color (usually silvertone, black or goldtone).

• Do you create personalized designs?

  We can create personalized orders if we are provided with a large scale photo of the item requested. These types of orders will incur an additional personalization fee and are usually not eligible for return or refund.

• What is the size of my pin / jewelry?

  All of our pins (and jewelry) are scaled to be worn, and are usually less than an inch tall (for pins), or stud earring size (for earrings). Each product size varies depending on the overall design. Specific dimensions are included within each listing when available.

• What does packaging look like?

  Our pins come on a simple cardstock that's printed and cut in-house. These little cards include our store name, Instagram info and direct website link. Each pin is individually protected with a layer of bubble wrap, soft gift wrapping tissue paper and finished off with a simple rustic brown Kraft paper that's held together with cream-colored raffia ribbon. Specialty gift wrap may be purchased separately, and is listed in the store as an add-on when available. We always try to use upcycled shipping options whenever possible as an eco-friendly solution. This means we will re-use envelopes (or boxes based on order size) to help the environment.

• What type of quality can I expect?

  All pins are created with the utmost care and attention to detail. A protective epoxy seal is layered onto your pin and then heated with a handheld heat gun (with my help) to degass any imperfections. Epoxy, by nature, may sometimes trap bubbles within the resin regardless of how careful we are. While the print quality won't ever change, the clear top coat may contain slight variations. They're normally not a problem that detracts from your design, but may show a tiny bubble from time to time. We can create pins without an added top coat, but this extra touch adds a "dome top" 3-D shine.

• Is there a product guarantee?

  Little hands work to craft your pin order. All three of our boys help in studio. I'm extremely proud of all my "pookie bears", and they work hard to ensure you'll absolutely love the quality, durability and overall look of your pin! If you don't love it, we accept returns and exchanges, minus the cost incurred for return shipping.
