Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Depending on where you are located, it is usually $25 for international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What method of shipping do you use?
I ship using USPS First Class Mail. This option is trackable, but it is uninsured. If you would like to purchase a Priority Shipping upgrade which will be insured, please contact me prior to purchase!

Can I get a custom from you?
My customs are usually closed, but I do make an announcement when they reopen.

Can I buy more than one pair of ears?
There are currently no limitations on how many one person may buy per release.
