  • Does Shipping include tracking?

    Tracking is included for all orders containing anything that is larger than postcards (postcards included). If your order contains only stickers (or mini film print), the order will be shipped via untracked postal mail unless you would like to track your order. If you would like to have tracking, please add "Include Tracking" from the drop down menu to your cart on any product page of a sticker; only once per order necessary.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, however due to current postal suspensions, shipping to select countries are unavailable, and therefore are not accepted. These include, but are not limited to: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen You will be notified if you are in a country to which shipping is currently unavailable if the shipping cost is unreasonably high (10kusd). Much apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you so much for your understanding!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, most tracked domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times will take longer, and will vary depending on your location. Orders containing only stickers that are purchased without the additional "Include Tracking" purchase will be sent via postal mail, and may take anywhere up to 3 days or longer to arrive. Please note that shipping times may take longer due to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?
