    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 9 weeks. *Because of the pandemic it is possible that the shipment will be a little longer
  • What is the difference between ordinary mail (untracked) and registered mail (tracked)?

    Registered mail has a tracking number by which you can track your package, know where it is and have an approximate idea of when it will arrive.   • What happens if my product is lost?

    I'm a small business, I cannot take responsibility for products lost by the postal company, however,it is unlikely that your package will be lost, usually they are just delays because the package got stuck somewhere, but it ends up arriving at its destination in the end. If you feel unsure about it, I suggest you to take the registered shipment, so you will know what happens with your package at all times. ( ˙꒳​˙ )
