  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Due to the current viral pandemic (COVID-19) I have not yet sourced an effective international shipping method that is low in cost but does not risk getting lost in transit. I have current international first class shipping rates set to very high costs; I will not know the actual cost of international shipping until the item is assessed at the post office. If the amount turns out to be lower I will refund the difference! Stickers will still be sent via stamped snail mail!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    *COVID-19 ALERTS* Please expect further delays in view of the current situation here in WA State and the United States in general. I am a one-human business, and I am actively sanitizing all equipment (including my hands), please be rest assured; however any package being sent out from WA state may be subject to a two-week quarantine at the post office (in either place of origin, arrival destination, or during transit). -I generally take 1-2 days to process your order and ship out the day after processing. The shipment may take an addition 3-5 business days (for domestic orders). With the current pandemic there may be more delays. You will have a choice between Priority Mail shipping (generally faster, tracked and insured) and First Class Mail Shipping (slower, not tracked, not insured). -For international shipping, due to limited carrier freights leaving from the U.S., I do not have an exact time frame, as delays could take up to two months.
  • My package has been lost! May I get a replacement?

    Once your order has been shipped, it is now in USPS hands and I no longer have control over the shipment. I will happily look over each order and will reship out orders or issue refunds if it was a packing mistake, but for the majority of shipments, I encourage to purchase insurance before finalizing your order and to reach out to USPS to file a claim should your package become lost.
