• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We officially do! Unfortunately international shipping costs are high, but luckily for you it is a flat fee! We highly recommend bundling orders with friends or ordering multiple pairs at once to maximize our ability to ship to you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most items are Ready to Ship unless specifically marked as Made to Order / Custom. Ready to Ship items are finished and just need to be packed and taken to the post office, which is typically next day but may take up to 2 days to fulfill. Orders placed on Friday-Sundays will be shipped on Mondays. Made to Order items may take up to three weeks to complete before shipping, as discussed per order. I'll be sure to send updates as I work on your pieces! Once shipped, your items are out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Items may take longer to arrive during peak holiday season. International orders are liable to take up to a month to arrive depending on the shipping speeds and customs process of your country.

• I have sensitive ears. What materials do you use?

  All of my earring components are nickel-free stainless steel. This will work fine with most people who have sensitive ears, however solid gold and sterling silver options are available upon request. Clip-ons are also available upon request! While uncommon, allergies to polymer clay and resin do exist. If you have a known allergy to either please DM my Instagram before ordering and we can discuss your options to create something beautiful that will not irritate your skin.

• I saw something on your Instagram but I don't see it for sale here. Can I buy it?

  Most likely, yes! DM me on Instagram with details on the items you've got your eye on and I will let you know if they are available. Most often items are nearly ready and have not been claimed, so if you like something, it can be yours 💕

• How do I care for my earrings?

  Polymer clay is durable, but not breakable! To ensure your new earrings last as long as possible please be sure to: ~Remove earrings before sleeping, showering, or swimming, as this may warp or rust the metals ~Remove earrings before applying perfume, makeup, or hairspray, as these may affect the finish or stain the clay ~Do not expose to long periods of sunlight or heat, as this may warp the clay ~Store earrings either in a jewelry box or on an earring display to ensure they don't get stepped on or played with by pets Small stains may be cleaned either with a slightly damp cloth or a tiny amount of rubbing alcohol/acetone. Alcohol or acetone should be used very sparingly and on unsealed clay only! • How do Made to Order items work?

  Orders are processed in the order they are received. Order updates will be given throughout three key stages of the creation process: 1. When your items are started, any special requests must be made at this stage. 2. Before your items are baked, any changes must be requested at this stage. 3. When your item is finished and ready to be shipped. Minor changes can be applied to any Made to Order item, not only those with a custom colorway. Please send a note at checkout if you have any special requests and I will update you if they can or cannot be possible.

• How do I get freebies with my order?

  I love making things! This means sometimes I make things JUST to give away to you. There are three easy ways to earn free earrings from Spooky Ghost's Lair! 1. First Freebie: This freebie is given to the first order received on drop days, which are announced on my Insta! 2. $50 Freebie: One freebie included for every $50 spent! This freebie is limitless, meaning if you were to order $500 worth of items you'd receive TEN free pairs of earrings! 3. Friend Freebie: Starting now, Spooky Ghost's Lair has a referral system! Tell a friend about our shop and make sure they mention you when they order. Then, I'll include a freebie in YOUR next order!
