  Cancellation Policy: We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses (including sashes, and wraps) are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details. - Item cancellation requests received within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund（Clothing purchase price plus full freight,However, storenvy's 15% commission, sales tax and $4.99 handling fee will be deducted）. - Item cancellation requests received within 12 to 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price,However, storenvy's 15% commission, sales tax and $4.99 handling fee will be deducted. - Item cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost,However, storenvy's 15% commission, sales tax and $4.99 handling fee will be deducted. - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via inbox message, we will reply you in one working day.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It usually takes 30 working days from the time a buyer orders the clothes to the time they receive them，If you need to expedite, please let us know so that we can confirm whether the time can meet your requirements ,After the clothes are shipped, we will provide the waybill number for buyers to inquire. For the specific time, please refer to the standards of each express company.

• Will the dress looks exactly as shown on the pictures?

  Please note that our clothes are all handmade, and it is impossible to be 100% identical with the items in the photos. As with hand painting, it is impossible to draw the same image twice exactly the same. Each list is designed to make your project about 90% like the project in the photos we provide. If you have any specific requirements, you must notify us prior to production to avoid any possible change costs. Please don't place the order if you mind
