• Do you accept International order?

  Yes we do! Only that the shipping cost will be higher than domestic area, depending on delivery option and which country they deliver to.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We I mean me running this small store alone in Thailand so I do ship outside US XD So if you live in Thailand I recommend using another side for domestic delivery.

• Different between Pre-order and In-stock

  [Pre-order] Items pre-order status, they are not ready to be shipped yet, so the order will take time to be produced before they are ready to be shipped. Usually manufacturing time is around 2-4 weeks. Basically, we will roughly take around 1+ month to process your orders after the pre order period ends. [In stock] In stock items are ready to be ship usually take 3-5 days for packing and send to post office

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days.

• What is the Shipping time for International parcel?

  Estimate time International Registered Mail :4 - 7weeks International EMS mail : 1 - 4 weeks Please understand,for orders shipping to the USA,EU, Australia, Japan and other countries around the world, please keep in mind that the time will vary and can take up to 4-12 weeks depending on holidays and other special dates and circumstances in each country.

• Do you accept refund and return?

  We do not accept refund but it deal in case by case so read ‘Refund and Return’ channel for more detail
