  • Shipping policy

    We ship our products from several production sites in order to minimize the delivery time and shipping costs that are largely FREE for US and Europe. As soon as your order is placed we identify the most convenient production site and your package will be handed over to the carrier within 3 days. If you have provided an email, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for latest updates on your shipment’s location. The estimated delivery time (EDT) and shipment cost depends on your address. (*) We try to keep the shipping process as smooth as possible by means of professional carrier companies. Should something go wrong with your shipment, we will be available at any time for helping to receive your order as soon as possible. WRONG ADDRESS AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS: If you or your shipment goes unclaimed or the address you have provided is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Remember that we can’t reship an order if tracking information states it was delivered. The carrier tracking information will be used as proof of delivery. Due to climatic, political or social events, we are not currently able to to ship our products to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen (*) In some cases you may find the shipping cost overly high: this means that we don't have a production site near you for the selected product. Please feel free to contact us and we will help finding a custom made alternative with more reasonable shipping costs.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our products are shipped from the most convenient facility for minimizing the time in transit. The estimated delivery time (EDT) is: A) United States: 8 working days B) Europe & UK: 10 workind days C) Australia, New Zeland, Canada & EFTA States: 13 working days D) Everywhere else: 18 working days If you have't received your shipment after the EDT, please wait a couple more days or get in touch with the carrier who will provide you with the latest news about your shipment. If after 7 days from the EDT you still haven't received your shipment please submit your claim to our customer support team. After short verification, we’ll reship your order at no expense if the shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier. Claims for packages lost in transit submitted later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date will be rejected as default. Please ask before ordering if in doubt.
  • Return and exchanges policy

    RETURNS: We accept returns for damaged/defective items. Any claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received and it must be shipped back to our facility not later than 21 days after delivery at customer expenses. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. EXCHANGES: We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size. If this is the case, please contatct us within 14 days after the product has been received to arrange the return shipment (in the next 7 days) Important note: > we only accept exchanges for items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer > we do not accept exchanges for underwear, swim suits, face masks > we only accept exchanges for a different size of the same product > we DO NOT accept exchanges for remorse, The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We can deliver our products worldwide! Please note that our products are listed in USD (American Dollars): when buying with different currencies the USD price will just be converted to your currency at the actual exchange rate with no further expenses for the buyer. Shipments outside of the USA may incur in customs fees and VAT application if the value of your order is above your country threshold. Here below the most common threshold we suggest not to exceed in a single order: > European Union: 150 € > United Kingdom: 135 £ > Australia: 1'000 AU$ > Norway: 3'000 NKr Any fees are to be paid to appropriate customs agency by the buyer
