How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Shipping can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks, depending on your local post office.

What can I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Before shipping, I make sure that each item has no damage/errors. However, I'm only human ;w;. So if there was a mistake with your order, please feel free to reach out to me with an unboxing video, so we can discuss an appropriate solution!
Unfortunately, orders that are lost or damaged during the shipping process are out of my control. But if it turns out the mistake was from me, I'll happily offer a refund or replacement.

If an order is returned, I'll offer either a refund (minus shipping), or a reship provided that you cover the new shipping fee.
