How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, regular shipping services will take around 15-20 business days. EMS services usually take around 5-10 days. Please note that preorder items will take more time to be produced (depend on the stock). -
Your policy regarding VATs and taxes?
All VATs and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. After I've shipped off the items, I will not be responsible for any customs in your country. -
Why is the shipping fee to my country so high?
